Angela and Pasquale’s love story plays out like a modern 21st-century fairytale, beginning with a simple swipe right on Bumble. From the very first date, time flew out the window. Four hours passed by just revelling in each other’s company that they forgot the time. By the end of the night, they already had inside jokes together. It was almost as if these two knew even then that it would lead to this amazing wedding.

On September 21st, they got married at St. Paul’s Basilica in Toronto, which looked as lovely as the cathedrals in Europe. The place was art itself with beautiful paintings and interior structures—just the perfect place for an intimate ceremony.

Afterwards, the reception was held at Liberty Grand. Likewise, the space was transformed to seem fit for a King and Queen. I love how their venues tied in beautifully to create a splendid theme. Everything was grand, but not to the point of losing the essence of the whole celebration.

In many ways, Angela and Pasquale’s wedding was a mirror of how they live and want to continue living life together. They love travelling and exploring new places, seeing the beauty of the world, but all of that only in the background of the small moments shared together that hold more meaning to them.

Pasquale’s family comes from Montreal while Angela’s are from Toronto. This wedding was the first time for both sides to come together, which made it all the more exciting.

Ultimately, what they both wanted to remember from this day was everyone’s expressions before and during big moments, seeing the fun throughout the day from getting ready to the actual party, the excitement during the ceremony, and just everyone’s love and laughter shining through their faces.

I’m glad that I had a part in that. By capturing these images, this day is immortalized not just in people’s memories. Angela and Pasquale could relive this day over and over and experience the same feelings of joy that was evident throughout the celebration. I wish the happy couple many more years of new experiences together!
