This intimate outdoor wedding at Ancaster Mill is the perfect kind of celebration for a time like this. Although Rebecca and Ben had to cut back their guest list for their wedding, they still went through with their original plans and I am so happy that they did!

The day started at Barracks Inn with each of the couple’s families getting ready together. You could feel the calm excitement as everyone helped each other dress for the day, it was smiles all around from morning to night.

Their wedding was held in the outdoor chapel at the Ancaster Mill. It was absolutely stunning with the lush greenery in the background and all around the venue for the ceremony.

Ben’s reaction and the way he looked at Rebecca when she walked down the aisle was my favourite part of the day. I can tell you, watching them exchange vows had almost everyone in tears… including me!

After the ceremony, we walked around to shoot Rebecca and Ben’s couple photos. It was the middle of August and we had just the right August weather – not too hot and not too cold. The lighting was also perfect, which is every photographer’s dream!

Despite all the restrictions, this intimate outdoor wedding worked in their favour, so everyone could come celebrate and stay safe.
